Competition

Looking for something a little different to do in the holidays?
Here's a competition you might like to enter (for 5 - 11 year olds)

You can win this cute sheep bag ...
sheep bag
Draw an Audrey comic strip in eight frames.

No words. Just tell a story with the eight drawings.

It might help to start with one idea, such as Audrey finds an emu egg, but decides to give it back to the father emu, then tell that in eight drawings (of course, you can't use that one now, but there are plenty of other ideas).

  • Print off the activity sheet
  • Do eight drawings in the frames to tell your story
  • Write your name, age, and address on the back of the paper, and post to:  Audrey Comic Strip Competition, PO Box 478, Mt Barker, South Australia 5251    or  email  (this is better if you'd like your comic strip put up on the Audrey Blog)

This is what the comic strip frames look like.

Closing date: 15 February 2009

Good luck!!
