The book has three mysterious stories called, Torture Chamber, Wally The Undead and Slime Time are awesome.
In the first book Torture Chamber, at the beginning I thought the headmistress was kind and gentle but then I read on and couldn't take my eyes off the pages and found out that she was the complete opposite!
In Wally The Undead I was surprised to read that Uncle Vlad has the same name as the vampire on a TV show (Vlad).
Slime Time wasn't the best story, but it is still very good. I also like how Christine creates character names that fit the story.
Overall the book was the best I have ever read and I mean it.

Freaks written by Christine Harris is a scary and also funny book to read ... All of the stories were great I really enjoyed them. This book is most suitable for kids 9 and up so I definitely recommend it to them. The storyline was great with the stories easy to follow and enjoyable to read.
